Cílem této práce je nejen popsat osobnost a zásluhy státního ministra a rádce Marie Terezie, Friedricha Wilhelma hraběte von Haugwitze, ale také přiblížit rod Haugwitzů a zásluhy dalších příslušníků tohoto významného šlechtického rodu pro státní správu, armádu i nezávislou justici.
The bachelor thesis follows up Friedrich Wilhelm Count von Haugwitz, his origin and invaluable contribution to the state administration in the period of Theresian reforms. The aim of this thesis is not only to describe the personality and merits of the state minister and advisor of Maria Theresia, Friedrich Wilhelm Count von Haugwitz, but also to bring closer look to the Haugwitz family and merits of other members of this important aristocratic family to the government, the army and independent judiciary.
