TOP 09 pohledem teorií politických stran

Abstract

The thesis called TOP 09 in the view of theories of political parties aims to analyze the czech political party TOP 09 using selected theories of political parties. The concepts that have been selected for this work (due to the assumption of suitability) are the cadre party, the professional-election party, the cartel party and the modern cadre party. Firstly, these concepts are presented so that they can be subsequently used and applied to TOP 09. The second part of the thesis introduces TOP 09 with an emphasis on creation, ideological foundations, electoral program, internal structure, personnel, results of elections to the Chamber of Deputies etc. The practical part then applies selected theories to TOP 09 by analyzing the real functioning of TOP 09 using characteristic definition criteria, thanks to which it will be possible to to evaluate whether the selected theories are really suitable and applicable, or not. Since it is a prerequisite that all the ideal types are usable, in the end it will be evaluated which type corresponds to TOP 09 the most, thus, which is the most suitable for TOP 09.

Diplomová práce s názvem TOP 09 pohledem teorií politických stran si klade za cíl zanalyzovat českou politickou stranu TOP 09 s využitím vybraných teorií politických stran. Koncepty, které byly pro tuto práce vybrány (z důvodu předpokladu vhodnosti) jsou kádrová strana, profesionálně-volební strana, kartelová strana a moderní kádrová strana. Nejprve jsou tedy tyto koncepty představeny tak, aby mohly být následně využity a aplikovány na TOP 09. Druhá část práce představuje TOP 09 s důrazem na vznik, ideologické základy, volební program, vnitřní strukturu, personálie, výsledky voleb do Poslanecké sněmovny atd. Praktická část práce poté aplikuje vybrané teorie na TOP 09 tak, že s využitím charakteristických definičních kritérií analyzuje reálné působení TOP 09, díky čemu bude možné zhodnotit, zda vybrané teorie jsou skutečně vhodné a aplikovatelné, či zda využitelné nejsou. Jelikož je předpokladem, že všechny ideální typy využitelné jsou, v závěru bude zhodnoceno, který z typů odpovídá TOP 09 nejvíce, tedy, jaké označení se v souvislosti s TOP 09 hodí nejvíce.
