Zákon na ochranu republiky v kontextu politické diskuse první Československé republiky

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá československým zákonem na ochranu republiky, dobovými okolnostmi jeho přijetí a názorovou reflexí mezi nejvýznamnějšími subjekty politického systému První republiky a jejich stranických tiskových orgánů k němu. Jejím cílem je přinést odpověď na otázky, jakým způsobem k zákonu na ochranu republiky přistupovaly nejvýznamnější subjekty stranického systému, jak zákon rámovaly navenek, jak tyto své přístupy aktéři stranického systému První republiky komunikovali navenek a čím byly jejich postoje formovány. Pro tyto účely práce provádí analýzu dobových pramenů, mezi které patří především stranický tisk a projevy představitelů politických stran v Poslanecké sněmovně Národního shromáždění, v níž používá i rámcovou analýzu jakožto nezbytný předpoklad pro rekonstrukci jednotlivých rámců, do nichž straničtí aktéři zákon na ochranu republiky zasazovali.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of the Czechoslovak Protection of the Republic Act, it refers to historical circumstances that led to it's enactment and provides comprehensive picture of the political debate on the Protection of the Republic Act among the most significant political parties of the First Czechoslovak republic and their party press organs. The aim of the thesis is to answer questions related to the way the most significant political parties approached the Protection of the Republic Act, the way they framed the Act as an object of framing and the way they expressed their stances on the Act to the public. In pursuit of fulfilling these particular aims, this work will analyze the historical materials including the newspaper editions of the political parties press organs and speeches of the political party members in the Chamber of Deputies of the National Assembly of Czechoslovak republic. During the analysis, this work will as well use framing analysis as an instrumental prerequisite for reconstructing individual frames applied on the Protection of the Republic Act by the political parties of the Czechoslovak republic.
