Čeští starostové - Případová studie okresu Písek v letech 2006-2014

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je případovou studií, která se zabývá výzkumem starostů v okrese Písek mezi lety 2006-2018. Starostové okresu Písek byli statisticky analyzováni z několika pohledů za účelem jejich charakterizování a identifikace změn na tomto postu za poslední čtyři volební období. V práci bylo zkoumáno, jak často starosta obhájí svoji funkci a jak dlouho v ní průměrně vydrží, jaké je zastoupení žen na tomto postu, případně zda se jejich počet zvyšuje či snižuje. Dále byl zkoumán průměrný věk starostů, zastoupení jednotlivých věkových skupin, průměrný věk nově zvolených starostů a jejich členství v politických stranách, případně kandidatura na kandidátních listinách politických stran. V práci byl také rozpracován koncept starostenského bonusu. Jedná se o případ, kdy starosta obdrží ve svých druhých volbách více hlasů než ve volbách, ve kterých byl prvně zvolen. Starostenský bonus je v práci zkoumán obecně v celém okrese a následně zvlášť v malých a velkých obcích. Práce se věnuje i starostenskému bonusu v případě kandidátních listin se starostou a srovnání volebních výsledků starostů v průběhu zkoumaných období. This bachelor's thesis is a case study that deals with research of mayors in the Písek district between years 2006-2018. Mayors of the Písek district were statistically analyzed from several point of views in the order to characterize and identify changes on this position for the last four election periods. The thesis discovers how often were the mayors reelected and for how long, as well as how many women mayors were elected, and if their numbers increase or decrease. Also, the average age of mayors and their participation in political parties were studied, eventually their nominations on the lists of candidates of political parties. The mayoral bonus is also discussed in the thesis. The mayoral bonus means that mayor gets more votes in the second election than in the first one. The topic is examined in the whole district and in small and bigger villages. It concerns mayor bonus in the case of mayors on the lists of candidates and compares all the election's results during the examined years.
