Konstruování konceptu rodin se třemi a více dětmi v českém politickém diskurzu od roku 2007 až po současnost

Abstract

First, the thesis describes two theories: theory of social construction of target populations and framing theory. These theories will be then used in analytical part of the thesis. After that, demographic changes regarding Czech families and their living conditions are described. In next section, the thesis delineates legislative changes regarding families with children from 2007 up to the present (2018). The analytical part identifies three frames, which (besides other things) include social construction of families with more children. In the end, it describes influence of economic crisis (2008) on this construction.

Práce nejprve popisuje teoretická východiska teorie sociální konstrukce cílových populací a teorii rámování, ze kterých později vychází v analytické části. Dále mapuje demografické změny týkající se rodin v České republice a jejich životní podmínky. V další části nastiňuje legislativní změny týkající se rodin s dětmi od roku 2007 do současnosti (2018). V analytické části identifikuje tři rámce obsahující mj. sociální konstrukci rodin s více dětmi. V závěru pak popisuje vliv hospodářské krize (2008) na tuto konstrukci.
