Vnitřní fungování České pirátské strany a její rozhodovací mechanismy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se bude zabývat fungováním a rozhodovacími mechanismy České pirátské strany. Hlavním cílem práce je zjistit, jakou míru participace na rozhodování o stranických dokumentech mají řadoví členové. Právě pirátské strany jsou známé tím, že vnitřní předpisy umožňují členům velkou míru participace na stranických rozhodnutích. K zodpovězení cílů práce budou využity stanovy strany a další vnitřní předpisy, stranické dokumenty, diskuse na Fóru Pirátské strany a koncepty vnitřní struktury a rozhodování stran tak, aby bylo možné definovat základní znaky fungování a rozhodování pirátské strany.

This bachelor thesis is going to be focused on functioning and decision mechanisms of the Czech Pirate Party. The main aim of the thesis is to find which is the level of participation of passive party members on political party documents. Particularly Pirate Parties are known as parties which allows their members significant level of participation in party decision-making. In order to answer the aims of the thesis, political party statutes, other internal regulations, political party documents, discussions on the Pirate Party Forum and concepts of the internal structure and its decision-making process are going to be used for defining the fundamental elements of functioning and decision-making of the Pirate Party.
