První část se zabývá teoretickými poznatky o HPV, onemocněními způsobená těmito viry, prevencí - vakcinací, screeningem, dále obdobím adolescence a rizikovým chováním a zdravotní gramotností. V empirické části bakalářské práce jsou analyzovány výsledky dotazníkového šetření, které mělo prozkoumat informovanost a postoj středoškolské mládeže k této problematice.

The thesis consists of two parts. The first part deals with theoretical knowledge about HPV, deseases caused by these viruses, prevention - vaccination, screening, adolescence and risk behavior and health literacy. The empirical part of the thesis analyses the results of a questionnaire survey to investigate the awareness of high school youth about HPV.
