Dědictví holocaustu v evropském politickém myšlení

Abstract

This thesis attempts to show the importance and role of ideas in democratic political systems on the example of the holocaust's spiritual heritage. Thus, it reveals through it the risks of the current phenomenon of the crisis of liberal values and the related structural transformations of politics. The article is divided into three parts, the first one theoretically defines the subject of the research, the second one deals with the Holocaust in relation to democracy, and the third one explains the reasons for reducing the ideological influence of the Holocaust and demonstrates the mechanism of active disruption of the value framework of liberal democracy.

Tato práce se pokouší na příkladu duchovního dědictví holocaustu ukázat na význam a roli idejí v demokratických politických systémech. Odhaluje tak skrze něj rizika současného fenoménu krize liberálních hodnot a s tím související strukturální přeměny politiky. Stať je rozdělena do tří částí, z nichž první teoreticky vymezuje předmět zkoumání, druhá se zabývá holocaustem ve vztahu k demokracii a třetí vysvětluje důvody snižování ideologického vlivu holocaustu a na příkladu jeho popírání demonstruje mechanismus aktivního narušování hodnotového rámce liberální demokracie.
