bakalářské práce Jméno: Magdaléna Hlobilová Vedoucí práce: MUDr. Tereza Gueye Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Současné trendy ve fyzioterapii pacientů po poškození mozku v časné fázi onemocnění Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá současnými trendy ve fyzioterapii pacientů po poškození mozku v časné fázi onemocnění. Cílem této práce je shromáždit informace o běžně používaných i nekonvenčních metodách ve fyzioterapii po cévní mozkové příhodě a zhodnotit využití některých metod v praxi. Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část shrnuje poznatky o cévní mozkové příhodě, dále obsahuje metody využívané ve fyzioterapii pacientů po cévní mozkové příhodě, mezi které patří využití klasických i nekonvenčních přístupů. Praktická část obsahuje cíl práce a metodiku, součástí jsou také kazuistiky dvou pacientů, kdy u jednoho z pacientů probíhala terapie sestabilometrickou plošinou Homebalance a u druhého terapie se systémem Armeo®Spring. V praktické části je dále zhodnoceno využití těchto terapií v praxi.

The aim of this thesis is to gather information about commonly used and unconventional methods in physiotherapy after stroke and to evaluate some of the methods in practice. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part summarizes the knowledge about stroke and then includes methods that are used in physiotherapy in patients after stroke. These methods consist of conventional and unconventional approaches in physiotherapy. The practical part includes the thesis aim, methodology and two case studies of patients after stroke. One of the patients was using a stabilometric platform Homebalance and the other one has therapy with system Armeo®Spring. In the practical part, there is also evaluation of use of these therapies in practice.
