Právní aspekty a ústřední politické instituce Ruské federace 1992-2012.

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the activities of central political institutions of legislative, executive and judicial power in the area of constitutional institutions and constitutional bodies in the Russian Federation in the 1990s and the first decade of the 21st century. Institutions (and their development in modern times) is frequent and serious subject for the work of lawyers, politicians and historians of modern history.

Anotace: Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou činnosti ústředních politických institucí zákonodárné, výkonné a soudní moci v oblasti ústavního zřízení a ústavních orgánů v Ruské federaci v 90. letech 20. století a prvním desetiletí 21. století. Ústřední instituce (a jejich vývoj v moderní době) patří k častým a mimořádně závažným tématům prácí ruských právníků, politiků a historiků soudobých dějin.
