Sergej Witte a jeho vize reforem Ruského impéria

Abstract

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to bring closer the vision of reforms of Sergei Witte, the Minister of Finance in 1892-1903 and then the Prime Minister (until 1906), who entered into history as a reformer and supporter of industrialization in the Russian Empire. During the reign of Nicholas II. (1894-1917), Russia faced a number of problems, mainly caused by the economic crisis and government. Witte, as an influential politician, formulated an extensive plan to modernize the country. Cílem bakalářské práce je přiblížit vize reforem Sergeje Witteho, ministra financí v letech 1892-1903 a následně předsedy vlády (do roku 1906), jenž vstoupil do dějin jako reformátor a podporovatel industrializace v Ruském impériu. Za vlády Mikuláše II. (1894-1917) se Rusko potýkalo s řadou problémů, zapříčiněných především hospodářskou krizí a způsobem vlády. Witte jako vlivný politik formuloval rozsáhlý plán modernizace země.
