Motivace žen k účasti na IT kurzech a jejich uplatnění na trhu práce

Abstract

5 Abstract The bachelor thesis deals with forms of women's motivation to participate in IT courses and the subsequent employment of graduates of these courses in the labour market. The main aim of the work is to obtain information about the motivation of women to participate in IT courses based on the critical elaboration of professional sources and empirical investigation. The quantitative questionnaire survey is focused on identifying the main motivational factors that women are taking to participate in IT courses, which are primarily targeted at women, as a specific target group. A partial objective of the empirical survey is to determine whether IT courses have an impact on the IT career of participants. Data collection took place among IT graduates in the monitored area of leading organizations such as Czechitas, Django Girls, PyLadies and Rails Girls. 4 Abstrakt Bakalářská práce se zabývá podobami motivace žen k účasti na IT kurzech a následným uplatněním absolventek těchto kurzů na trhu práce. Hlavním cílem práce je získání informací ohledně motivace žen k účasti na IT kurzech, a to na základě kritického zpracování odborných pramenů a vlastního empirického šetření. Kvantitativní dotazníkové šetření je zaměřeno na identifikaci hlavních motivačních faktorů, které ženy vedou k účasti na IT kurzech, jež jsou určené primárně ženám jakožto specifické cílové skupině. Dílčím cílem empirického šetření je zjištění, zda mělo absolvování IT kurzů vliv na kariérní směřování účastnic do oblasti IT. Sběr dat proběhl mezi absolventkami IT kurzů ve sledované oblasti předních organizací Czechitas, Django Girls, PyLadies a Rails Girls.
