Abstract

The landscape planning and the protection of natural components of environment in the Czech law Abstract This rigorous thesis deals with the legal regulation of the landscape planning and the protection of natural components of environment in the Czech legal system. The rigorous thesis further extends the author's diploma thesis called "The creation of landscape in the law". These terms - creation of landscape and landscape planning - are closely linked to each other. The author decided to deepen the topic of the landscape planning as this topic was unable to cover completely in the scope of the diploma thesis. This rigorous thesis supplements the diploma thesis, extends the topic further and describes it in more detail. Yet, the topic as a whole is still not completely covered by this rigorous thesis. The aim of this rigorous thesis is to analyse the legal regulation of the landscape planning and the protection of natural components of environment in the Czech legal system. The analysis is made specifically to ascertain if the legal regulation of the landscape planning and the protection of natural components of environment is included in the Czech legal system and if yes, then in which ways it is. Krajinné plánování a ochrana přírodních složek životního prostředí v českém právu Abstrakt Tato rigorózní práce pojednává o právní úpravě krajinného plánování a ochraně přírodních složek životního prostředí v českém právním řádu. Rigorózní práce navazuje na autorčinu diplomovou práci nazvanou "Tvorba krajiny v právu". Termíny - tvorba krajiny a krajinné plánování - spolu úzce souvisí. Autorka se rozhodla téma krajinného plánování doplnit, jelikož toto téma nebylo možné v mezích diplomové práce zcela vyčerpat. Tato rigorózní práce diplomovou práci doplňuje a téma dále a podrobněji rozvíjí. Celá šíře tématu ovšem není ani touto rigorózní prací vyčerpána. Cílem této rigorózní práce je zanalyzovat právní úpravu krajinného plánování a ochranu přírodních složek životního prostředí v českém právním řádu. Konkrétně je pak jejím hlavním cílem provést analýzu toho, zda je vůbec právní úprava krajinného plánování a ochrana přírodních složek životního prostředí v českém právním řádu nějakým způsobem zakotvena a pokud ano, tak jakým způsobem. Rigorózní práce je členěna do pěti částí. V první části je provedena analýza právní definice krajiny. Práce se v první kapitole věnuje také dalším rozličným definicím krajiny v ostatních vědních oborech. V této části práce je též provedena typologie a kategorizace krajiny. O...
