Poruchy autistického spektra: Aspergerův syndrom. Podtitul: Možnosti terapie z pohledu ergoterapeuta

Abstract

The aim of this work is to show the potential of occupational therapy in the care of people with autistic spectrum disorders especially in the rehabilitation of Asperger syndrome and to offer therapeutic methods in the selected problematic areas and describe a few examples from the many possibilities of therapeutic intervention. The theoretical part deals with autism spectrum disorders (ASD), mainly with Asperger's Syndrome (AS). It deals with the history, classification, and detailed characteristics of the various symptomatology. Afterwards a special therapeutic part is describing areas where occupational therapy could play an important role. The practical part consists of methodology and a detailed case study where the cooperation of occupational therapy and Asperger is demonstrated. The result of the search is the finding that in the care of clients with Asperger syndrome and the use of a great variety of therapeutic methods can be quite crucial, especially in the integration of clients into our society, so I also emphasize the importance of social aspect during the therapeutic process. Název bakalářské práce: Poruchy autistického spektra: Aspergerův syndrom Možnosti terapie z pohledu ergoterapeuta Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Cíl práce: Cílem této práce je poukázat na potenciál ergoterapie u osob s poruchami autistického spektra, a to u dětí s Aspergerovým syndromem (AS), a na základě symptomatologie nabídnout možnosti ergoterapeutické intervence ve vybraných problematických oblastech. Teoretická část práce se zabývá poruchami autistického spektra a AS. Pojednává o vývoji diagnózy v historii, klasifikaci a podrobně charakterizuje různé symptomatologie AS. Na základě projevů AS následuje ergoterapeutická část, kde jsou popsány oblasti, ve kterých by mohla mít ergoterapie důležitou roli v rehabilitaci. Praktická část se skládá z metodologie a ukázky práce ergoterapeuta v praxi s pacientem s AS ve formě podrobné kazuistiky. Výsledkem práce je zjištění, že v péči o pacienty s AS může být využití ergoterapie důležité, a to zejména v začlenění pacientů do kolektivu, proto je kladen důraz na důležitost sociálního aspektu v terapeutickém postupu.
