Jazykové chyby ve formální e-mailové komunikaci ve francouzštině a jejich dopad na dosažení komunikačního cíle

Abstract

v českém jazyce Cílem této práce je analýza jazykových problémů v nekorigovaném psaném projevu francouzských rodilých mluvčí. Zkoumané úryvky pochází z elektronické komunikace mezi klienty a firmou poskytující služby. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První, teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu "chyba", klasifikaci jazykových problémů dle rovin a pragmatickým aspektům e-mailové komunikace. Druhá část práce je rozdělena do dvou kapitol. První kapitola je věnována analýze jazykových problémů v kontextu jednotlivých textů a posouzení jejich závažnosti pro dosažení komunikačního cíle. Tato analýza je uskutečněna na základě kritérií vyplývajících z teoretické části. Druhá kapitola bude věnována dotazníku na tuto problematiku mezi rodilými mluvčími a jejich reakcím. v anglickém jazyce The aim of this thesis is to analyze language problems in the uncorrected written speech of French native speakers. Examined snippets come from electronic communication between clients and the service provider. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first, theoretical part is focused on defining the term "error", classifying language problems by levels and pragmatic aspects of e-mail communication. The second part of the thesis is divided into two chapters. The first chapter is devoted to the analysis of language problems in the context of individual texts and the assessment of their importance for achieving the communication goal. This analysis is carried out on the basis of the criteria from the theoretical part. The second chapter will be devoted to a questionnaire on this issue between native speakers and their reactions.
