Abstract

Diplomová práce na téma "Role supervize z pohledu sociální práce v organizaci Barevný svět dětí, z.s." obsahuje definici základních pojmů týkající se supervize, historii a vývoj supervize, popsání funkcí a druhů supervize, supervizního kontraktu, aktérů supervize a procesního modelu supervize. Další část práce charakterizuje organizaci Barevný svět dětí, z.s., zejména projekt "Kámoš", kterým se práce zabývá. Praktická část práce se věnuje cílům práce, průzkumné metodě dotazníkové šetření, metodice šetření a analýze a interpretaci dat. Hlavním cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, jak probíhá supervize v organizaci Barevný svět dětí, z.s. v rámci projektu "Kámoš" a zda a jak jsou asistenti se supervizí spokojeni, popřípadě co a jak by chtěli změnit. Dílčím cílem práce bylo nabídnout organizaci Barevný svět dětí, z.s. v rámci projektu "Kámoš" doporučení vedoucí ke zkvalitnění supervize a porovnat získaná data o průběhu supervize v rámci projektu "Kámoš" s teoretickými prameny supervize. Dále diplomová práce obsahuje výsledky průzkumu, ze kterých vyplývá, že byly splněny cíle práce a potvrzeny hypotézy. The diploma thesis on the topic Role of supervision from the perspective of social work in the organization Barevný svět dětí, z. s. contains definitions of basic concepts related to supervision, history and development of supervision, description of functions and types of supervision, supervision contract, supervisors and process model of supervision.
