Junák - český skaut? K ideovým kořenům českého skautingu.

Abstract

Práce je zamřena na období vzniku a formování českého skautingu. Z důvodu malého dochování pramenů archivní povahy bylo pro práci využito hlavně tištěných pramenů. Postupoval jsem hlavně metodou textologické a komparativní analýzy. Nejprve je věnován prostor historii světového a českého skautingu. Pro určení oblastí, kde se anglický a český skauting lišil, byly porovnány dvě základní příručky: Scouting for Boys pro anglické prostředí a Základy junáctví pro české. Na základě komparace byly určeny tři oblasti, ve kterých jsem se recepci skautské metody věnoval. Jedná se o skautský hodnotový systém, vztah k národu a státu a poměru k organizaci Sokol. V práci též byly zpracovány výsledky mezinárodního průzkumu týkající se doby vzniku skautingu v evropských zemích a následné srovnání s českými zeměmi. Na konci práce jsou umístěny tři přílohy tři přílohy: biografické medailonky zmíněných osob, edice skautských zákonů a vyplněné dotazníky z průzkumu.

This master thesis focuses on founding and forming of czech scouting. The main source are printed documents because of lack preserved archive documents. The main method is textological and comparative analysis. At first the history of world and czech scouting is presentend. To find out the essential differences between english and czech scouting I compared two basic manuals: Scouting for Boys and Základy junáctví. In the following part of the thesis I determine three areas in which the reception of scouting in czech environment is investigated. These areas are scout value system, attitude to nation and state and relation to the Sokol organisation. In thesis are also analyzed the results of international research concerning the origin of scouting in other european countries. The results are then copared with the situation in czech lands. The thesis also includes three following attachments: set of short biographies of mentioned personalities, edition of scout laws and filled research questionnaires.
