Korelace funkčního svalového testu a jemné motoriky horních končetin u pacientů s vrozenými neuropatiemi

Abstract

Cílem práce je posoudit souvislosti mezi funkčním svalovým testem a jemnou motorikou horních končetin u pacientů s vrozenými neuropatiemi, zejména u choroby Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT). V první části jsou uvedeny stručné informace o charakteristice, klasifikaci, klinických příznacích, deformitách horních končetin, rehabilitaci a léčbě choroby CMT. Praktická část práce se zabývá testováním a hodnocením horních končetin u pacientů s CMT funkčním svalovým testem, Jebsen - Taylorovým testem, vyšetřením a hodnocením úchopu. Objective of the work is to consider the connection between functional muscle test and fine motor skills of upper extremities of patients with hereditary neuropathies, especially with Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) neuropathy. In the first part of the work there is mentioned some brief information about the characteristics, classifications, clinical symptoms, deformities of upper extremities, rehabilitation and treatment of CMT neuropathy. The practical part of the work is concerned with testing and evaluating the upper extremities of patients with CMT in the functional muscle test, the Jebsen-Taylor test, examination and handgrip rating.
