Abstract

Title: Casuistry physiotherapy care of patient diagnosed with the condition after osteosynthesis of scaphoid. Objective: The aim of the bachelor thesis is an acquaintance with the theoretical knowledge about a fracture of the scaphoid bone and the case study of the patient and course of his physiotherapeutic care. Methods: This bachelor thesis is based on a month-long continuous practice in the Center for the Treatment of the Musculoskeletal System in Vysočany. The thesis consists of a theoretical part and a special part. The first part is engaged in anatomy and kinesiology of wrist and arm, fractures and their sorting, diagnosis, healing and treatment options. The second special part focuses on the case study of the patient with afracture of the scaphoid bone. Key words: Scaphoid bone, physiotherapeutic methods

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou st. p. osteosyntéze kosti člunkové. Cíle práce: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je seznámení s teoretickými poznatky o zlomenině kosti člunkové, dále zpracování kazuistiky pacienta a průběh fyzioterapeutické péče. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce vznikla na podkladě měsíční souvislé praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu ve Vysočanech. Práce se skládá z teoretické a speciální části. První část se zabývá anatomií a kineziologií zápěstí a ruky, zlomeninami a jejich rozdělením, diagnostikou a hojením a možnostmi léčby. Druhá, speciální, část se zaměřuje na kazuistiku pacienta se zlomeninou člunkové kosti. Klíčová slova: Člunková kost, fyzioterapeutické metody.
