Abstract

Title: Physiotherapy case study of a patient with ankle fracture Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to obtain and process the theoretical knowledge about anatomy and kinesiology of the ankle, phylogenesis and ontogenesis of the foot and about the mechanisms of a traumatic injury. Then there are also diagnostic and therapeutic methods mentioned. The aim of the practical part was a case study of the patient with such diagnosis together with the design of the therapy and its practical application. Methods: This thesis consists of 2 parts, a theoretical one and a practical one. The theoretical part delas with facts connected to the diagnosis of an ankle joint trauma, specificaly anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanice of the joint during walking, traumatology and treatment options. The practical part is devoted to the case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with such diagnosis. It contains an initional kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapy schedule, therapy itself and the output kinesiological analysis together with an evaluation of the efect of therapy. Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou fraktura hlezna Cíl práce: Cílem práce bylo získání a zpracování teoretických poznatků o anatomii a kineziologii hlezenního kloubu a nohy, fylogeneze a ontogeneze nohy a mechanismech traumatického poranění. Dále pak o využití diagnostických a léčebných metod. Cílem praktické části je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s touto diagnózou společně s návrhem terapie a jejím praktickým provedením. Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o teoretických informacích spojených s diagnózou traumatu hlezenního kloubu, konkrétně tedy o anatomii, kineziologii, biomechanice kloubu při chůzi a dále samotnou traumatologií a možnostmi léčby. Praktická část je věnována kazuistice fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou fraktury hlezenního kloubu. Obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý i dlouhodobý plán terapie, samotné terapie a výstupní kineziologický rozbor spolu se zhodnocením efektu terapie. Praktická část byla zpracována během souvislé odborné praxe v Oblastní nemocnici Kladno v době 8.1.-2.2.2018. Výsledek: Po absolvování terapií byl stav pacientky značně lepší, došlo ke zvýšení svalové síly svalů hlezenního kloubu PDK, úpravy zkrácení mm. gastrocnemii a úspěšnému zvýšení...
