Abstract

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient with ankylosing spodylitis. Objectives: The aim of this thesis was to analyze teoretical knowledge about ankylosing spondylitis and the development of case of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis. The special part contains a case of study of physical treatment of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis including complete kinesiology analysis, course of treatment and final evaluation. Case report has been prepared on the basic of experience in the Institute of Rheumatology in Peague the period 15th January - 9th February 2018. Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with ankylosing spondylitis and is divided into two parts. The general part contains etiology, diagnostics, clinical picture and its treatment. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s ankylozující spondylitidou. Cíle: Cílem této práce bylo shrnutí teoretických informací o ankylozující spondlitidě a následné zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s ankylozující spondylitidou. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá ankylozující spondylitidou a dělí se na dvě části. V obecné části je zpracována etiologie vzniku, diagnostika, klinický obraz a možnosti léčby. Speciální část práce obsahuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s ankylozující spondylitidou včetně vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru, průběhu terapií a zhodnocení efektivity terapie. Kazuistika byla vypracována na základě praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze v období od 15. 1. 2018 do 9. 2. 2018.
