Abstract

Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the Diagnosis of State after Fracture of Proximal Part of Humerus Objectives: To process a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after fracture of proximal part of the humerus and following osteosynthesis with a nail. To write out complex theoretical background about stated diagnosis, about options of treatment and about following rehabilitation. Methods: The thesis is divided into two parts, general part and special part. The general part is dedicated to theoretical knowledges about stated diagnosis, which means anatomy of the shoulder joint, kinesiology of the shoulder joint, biomechanics of the shoulder joint, options in treatment of stated diagnosis and options in physiotherapeutic intervention in the state incurred after the treatment. The second, special part is dedicated to complete case study of a patient with stated diagnosis. It contains patient's case history, initial kinesiological examination, description of therapies, output kinesiological examination and evaluation of the effect of intervention. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po fraktuře proximální části humeru Cíle: Zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po fraktuře proximálního humeru a následné osteosyntéze hřebem. Vypracování komplexních teoretických podkladů k dané diagnóze, k možnostem její léčby a následné rehabilitaci. Metody: Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část obecnou a část speciální. Obecná část je věnována teoretickým poznatkům o daném tématu, tedy anatomii ramenního kloubu, kineziologii ramenního kloubu, biomechanice ramenního kloubu, možnostem léčby dané diagnózy a možnostem fyzioterapeutické intervence do stavu vzniklého po léčbě. Druhá, speciální část, je věnována kompletní kazuistice pacienta s danou diagnózou. Obsahuje tedy anamnézu pacienta, vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, popis jednotlivých terapií, výstupní kineziologické vyšetření a celkové zhodnocení efektu intervence. Výsledky: Kazuistika pacienta byla zpracována při provedení bakalářské praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v Praze, v lednu 2018. Výsledkem fyzioterapeutické péče bylo zmírnění bolesti, zvětšení rozsahů pohybu a zvýšení síly postiženého ramene. Výsledky byly zaznamenány objektivně vyšetřeními i subjektivně pocity pacienta.
