Kazuistika fyzioterapeuticke pece o pacienta s diagnozou paréza nervus facialis

Abstract

Thesis title: Casuistry of physiotherapy care for a patient diagnosed with peripheral facial palsy Aim of the thesis: The aim of the thesis is to present theoretical information about the peripheral facial nerve palsy diagnosis. Further, the practical part of the thesis describes the use of chosen physiotherapeutic ways of the diagnosis treatment. Methods used: The theoretical part of the thesis presents anatomical context, clinical symptoms, ways of examination, treatment possibilities, including physiotherapy, and information about parotidectomy which may cause the peripheral nervus facialis palsy. The practical part of the thesis describes in detail the casuistry of the patient diagnosed with the peripheral nervus facialis palsy after operation of glandula parotis. Specifically, entrance clinical examination, short-term and long-term plan are made out, followed by records of nine therapy sessions and final output kinesiological analysis. Název práce: Kazuistika pacienta s diagnozou: paréza nervus facialis Cíl práce: Cílem této práce je uvést teoretické podklady týkající se problematiky parézy nervus facialis. V praktické části se práce zabývá využitím vybraných fyzioterapeutických možností v léčbě periferní parézy nervus facialis. Metoda práce: V teoretické části jsou uvedeny anatomické souvislosti, klinický obraz onemocnění, vyšetření, možnosti léčby včetně fyzioterapie a informace o parotidektomii, v jejímž důsledku může vzniknout periferní paréza. V praktické části je popsána kazuistika pacienta s periferní parézou vzniklou po resekci tumoru glandula parotis. Je vypracován vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán, následuje záznam devíti terapií a výstupní kineziologický rozbor.
