Abstract

The title of the bachelor's thesis: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient after operation of lumbar spine for L4/L5 disc prolapse Summary: This bachelor thesis is divided in two parts, for general and practical part. The aim of general part is getting theoretical basics for diagnosis of disc prolapse L4/L5. The general part is contains of basics of the spine anatomy and intervertebral disc and kinesiology of the lumbar spine. This thesis continue with description intervertebral disc herniation, etiology, diagnosis and teratment of intervertebral disc herniation. The aim of practical part is to elaborate case of study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient after operation of lumbar spine for L4/L5 disc prolapse. The special part includes anamnesis of patiens, in-going kinesiology analysis, assesment of the physioterapeutic plan, description of the every sing therapeutic unit and outgoing kinesiology analysis. The conclusion of thesis is focused for long-term rehabilitation plan and whole effect of therapy. This case study was created during special practise at the Central Military Hospital from Janury 8 to February 2, 2018 at the rehabilitation and physical medicine department. Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po operaci bederní páteře pro výhřez meziobratlové ploténky v oblasti L4/L5 Souhrn: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část speciální. Cílem teoretické části je zpracování odborných poznatků problematiky výhřezu meziobratlové ploténky. Obsahuje informace o základech funkční anatomie páteře a meziobratlové ploténky i kineziologii bederní páteře. Popisuje výhřez meziobratlové ploténky, její etiologii, diagnostiku a léčbu. Cílem speciální části je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po operaci bederní páteře pro výhřez meziobratlové ploténky v oblasti L4/L5. Obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý rehabilitační plán, jednotlivé terapie a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. V závěru práce je uveden navrhovaný dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán, zhodnocen efekt prováděných terapií a jejich dopad na pacientku. Tato kazuistika byla vypracována během souvislé odborné praxe v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici v termínu od 8. ledna 2018 do 2. února 2018 na oddělení Rehabilitační a fyzikální medicíny.
