Tranzitní program jako nástroj sociálního začleňování osob s tělesným postižením

Abstract

Ve své diplomové práci se budu zabývat tranzitním programem jako obdobim přechodu mladých lidi s tělesným postižením ze školy do dospělého života. Účastníky programu jsou myšleni studenti a absolventi Jedličkova ústavu a škol a sdruženi Asistence v Praze. Cilem této diplomové práce je co nejlépe popsat průběh tranzitního programu. Práce si klade za cil zjistit, jak tranzitní program pomáhá při sociálním začleňováni lidi s tělesným postižením do běžné společnosti a jakými riziky může být průběh jeho realizace ohrožen.

The theme of my diploma work is transition from school to independent living as a life period of young people with disabilitites. The participants of the programme are students and absolovents with physical handicap from Jedlička Institute and civil association Asistence in Prague. The aim of my work is to describe the process of transition. The most important aim is to find out, how helpful this programme can be in sociál integrating of People with disabilities and what risks can endangered iťs realization.
