Porovnání organizačních struktur České baseballové asociace a Slovenské baseballové federace

Abstract

Název: Porovnání organizačních struktur České baseballové asociace a Slovenské baseballové federace . Cíle: Hlavními cíli této bakalářské práce je získat a analyzovat údaje o organizačních strukturách dvou rozdílných národních federací baseballu a jejich základních ekonomických výsledků za r. 2016. Po následné analýze a komparaci dat navrhnout doporučení na další optimalizaci činnosti. U zkoumání jednotlivých struktur je třeba se zaměřit na jejich diverzitu a následné porovnání činností a kompetencí jednotlivých úseků. Na základě získaných informací bude práce obsahovat návrhy na inovace v obou strukturách. Metody: Hlavní metodou sběru dat pro tuto práci bylo studium legislativních a dalších veřejně dostupných dokumentů obou organizací a k doplnění dat bylo provedeno hloubkové interview s předními členy těchto organizací a analýza sekundárních dat získaných od jejich vedení. K zaznamenání rozhovorů byl použit zvukový nahrávač. V závěru analytické části práce byla provedena komparativní analýza. Porovnání zahrnuje rozpětí struktur, počet organizačních úrovní, jejich činnosti, delegace kompetencí a pravomocí jednotlivých úseků, s důrazem na kompetence. Title: A comparison of the organizational structures of the Czech and Slovak baseball federations Objectives: The main objectives of this bachelor thesis are to obtain and analysis the data regarding the organizational structures two different national federations of baseball and their economic results from 2016. After analysis and comparison of data, recommendation for their improvement are proposed. There it was important to focus on their diversity, and then compare the competences and activities of each section. Based on the information received, the thesis contains proposals for innovations in both federations. Methods: The main method of collecting data for this thesis, was studying the legislative and publicly available documents of both organizations, and deep interviews with high-ranking members of the board for both organizations. A voice recorder was used for the interviews. In the next part of the thesis I used comparison analysis. The comparison includes the spread of structures, number of organizational levels, activities and delegation of authority, and the competencies of each section, as well as a percentage budget statement.
