| dc.description.abstract | The topic of this bachelor thesis is the nursing care of a patient after PCI with a focus on STEMI. The first part is focused on the diagnosis of an acute myocardial infarction and other related issues. The second part is a case report of a patient after an acute myocardial infarction treated with PCI. This part pays special attention to the nursing problems related to the disease and the intervention. Especially the potential risks of arrhytmia, contrast-induced nefropathy and bleeding are addressed. The education regarding healthier lifestyle of a patient is further elaborated. | dc.description.abstract | Tématem této bakalářské práce je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta po PCI se zaměřením na STEMI. Práce je v první části teoreticky zaměřena na diagnózu akutního infarktu myokardu a s ní spjatou problematiku. Druhá část je tvořena případovou studií pacienta po akutním infarktu myokardu řešeném metodou PCI. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována ošetřovatelským problémům spojeným s onemocněním a intervenčním výkonem. Řešena jsou především potenciální rizika vzniku arytmie, kontrastní látkou indukované nefropatie a krvácení. Zvlášť jsou pak rozvedena specifika edukace pacienta v oblasti zdravého životního stylu.
