Abstract

Název: Možnosti ortézování paretických končetin u pacientů po CMP Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je seznámení odborného čtenáře s možnostmi ortézování paretických končetin u pacientů po CMP v kontextu komplexního multidisciplinárního přístupu. Metody: Ve své práci jsem použila metodu systematické rešerše dostupných knižních a elektronických zdrojů, publikovaných studií a českých i zahraničních konferencí. Dále byly pro práci využity materiály z certifikovaných školení z oboru fyzioterapie, z odborných stáží na rehabilitačních či ortotických pracovištích a z konzultací s odborníky v oboru ortotiky, neurofyzioterapie, roboticky asistované rehabilitace a managementu multidisciplinárního týmu. Výsledky: Práce poskytuje ucelený přehled o rehabilitační péči u pacientů po CMP v kombinaci s přehledem možností ortézování paretických končetin u pacientů s trvalými následky CMP jako např. spastická paréza, bolestivé rameno nebo instabilita kloubů. Práce může být přínosem pro všechny členy multidisciplinárního neurorehabilitačního týmu a může vést především k většímu přehledu možností ortézování a porozumění práci ortotika, který by měl být jeho součástí. Title: Orthotic options of paretic limbs in patients after a cerebrovascular stroke Objectives: The main goal of the thesis is to introduce a medical reader to the orthotic options of paretic limbs in patients after a cerebrovascular stroke in the context of a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach. Methods: In my thesis, I have used the methods of systematic research of accessible books, online sources, published studies, and proceedings of Czech or even foreign conferences. Further materials used in the thesis comprise presentations and notes from certified trainings for physiotherapists, professional internships in rehabilitation or orthotics departments, and from personal consultations with experts from fields of orthotics, neurophysiotherapy, robot-assisted rehabilitation and multidisciplinary team management. Results: The thesis offers a comprehensive overview of rehabilitation care in patients after stroke together with an overview of orthotic options of paretic limbs in patients with permanent effects, e. g. spastic paresis, post stroke shoulder pain or joint instability.
