Záchyt talasemií a hemoglobinopatií ve východočeském regionu v letech 1995 - 2015. (Retrospektivní studie)

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá záchytem talasemií a hemoglobinopatií ve východním regionu České republiky. Jedná se o retrospektivní vyhodnocení laboratorních dat, u pacientů, kteří byli vyšetřeni v laboratoři IV. interní hematologické kliniky ve Fakultní nemocnici Hradec Králové, a to v období od roku 1996 až do konce roku 2015. V teoretické části je stručně popsán hemoglobin jeho struktura a funkce. Dále jsou charakterizována vrozená onemocnění - talasemie a hemoglobinopatie. Zmíněny jsou i diagnostické metody, laboratorní nález a léčba. V praktické části jsou popsány diagnostické metody, které se používají ve Fakultní nemocnici Hradec Králové. Mezi ně patří vyšetření krevního obrazu, vyšetření nátěru periferní krve a elektroforéza hemoglobinu. Laboratorní data u sledovaného souboru pacientů byla statisticky vyhodnocena a porovnána s celostátním a celosvětovým výskytem talasemií a hemoglobinopatií. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe the occurence of the thalassemias and hemoglobinopathies in eastern region of Czech Republic. The data of the patients were retrospectively evaluated. The patients were examined in the hematological laboratory. The examination was performed in the University Hospital in Hradec Králové since 1996 to 2015. In the theoretical part is shortly described hemoglobin, his structure and functions. Futher on there are described congenital diseases - thalasemias and hemeglobinopathies. The diagnostical methods, laboratory findings and therapy are also mentioned. The practical part is focused on diagnostical methods, which are used at the University Hospital in Hradec Kralové. Some of them are complete blood count, diferencial count blood smears and hemoglobin electrophoresis. The obtained laboratory data were statisticaly evaluated and compared with global occurrence of thalasemies and hemeglobinopathies.
