Autor: Ondřej Hroch Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou st. p. herpetické encefalitidě Cíl: Cílem této práce je shromáždění teoretických a metodických podkladů v problematice herpetické encefalitidy a jejich následné využití při rehabilitaci u pacientky s touto diagnózou. Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá herpetickou encefalitidou. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V obecné části je popsána definice encefalitidy, herpetických neuroinfekcí, konkrétněji tedy herpetické encefalitidy. Další kapitoly se věnují etiopatogenezi, přenosu, patologické anatomii, klinickému obrazu, diagnostice a léčbě onemocnění, včetně popisu vhodných fyzioterapeutických metod. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po herpetické encefalitidě s následnou kvadruparézou. Tato část se skládá z anamnézy, vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru, krátkodobého a dlouhodobého fyzioterapeutického plánu, průběhu terapií a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Podklady pro zpracování speciální části byly získány v období 18. 5. - 12. 6. 2015 v rámci souvislé odborné praxe ve Vršovické zdravotní, a.s. Autor: Ondřej Hroch Title: Case study about physiotherapeutic care of patient after herpetic encephalitis. Objective: The objective of this study is to gather information and obtain results about the theoretical and methodological herpetic encephalitis and its application in the rehabilitation of the patient with this diagnosis. Summary: This thesis is a study about herpetic encephalitis which consists of two parts. The general part describes the definition of encephalitis, herpetic neuroinfections in particular herpetic encephalitis. The subsequent chapters address etiopatogenesis, transmission, pathological anatomy, clinical findings, diagnosis and treatment of the disease, including a description of appropriate physiotherapy techniques. The main part of the thesis consists of a case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient after contracting herpetic encephalitis, followed by quadriparesis. This part consists of history, kinesiological analysis before and after treatment, short-term and long-term physiotherapeutic plan, the course of therapy and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Data for the main part was obtained in the period 18. 5. - 12. 6. 2015 during the clinical practice in Vršovická zdravotní, a. s.
