Abstract

Adéla Markvartová Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou difúzní axonální poranění mozku Cíle: Teoretické zpracování diagnózy difúzní axonální poranění mozku a vypracování postupu fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou formou kazuistiky. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce vznikla za souhlasu pacienta v rámci konání souvislé odborné praxe v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici v Praze na lůžkovém rehabilitačním oddělení od 12. 1. 2015 do 6. 2. 2015. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části - část obecnou a část speciální. V obecné části jsou zpracována teoretická východiska pro diagnózu difúzní axonální poranění mozku. Tato část obsahuje kromě základní charakteristiky onemocnění ještě etiopatogenezi, incidenci, diagnostiku, léčbu a typy fyzioterapeutických postupů, vztahujících se k difúznímu axonálnímu poranění mozku. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacienta, návrh a průběh terapie a také zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: U pacienta došlo během terapie ke zlepšení zvládání běžných denních činností, zlepšení pohybu a koordinace v prostoru, dále ke zvýšení svalové síly a celkově ke zvýšení fyzické kondice. Adéla Markvartová Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic care for a patient diagnosis with axonal injury Objectives: Theoretical analysis of after diffuse axonal injury and elaboration of physiotherapy procedures. Methods: This bachelor thesis was done with the patient's consent within practice at Military university hospital Prague at the rehabilitation department from January 12th to January 6th 2015. The thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and special part. The theoretical part includes basic characteristics of the illness, ethiopathogenesis, incidence, diagnostics, treatment and options of physiotherapy methods. The special part contains the after diffuse axonal injury patient's case concept, processes and the effects of his therapy. Results: Patient's condition, daily activities, movements, spatial orientation, muscular strength and physical condition have improved after the therapy.
