Abstract

Název Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou Guillain-Barré syndrom Shrnutí V období od 9.1. do 3.2. 2017 byla během souvislé praxe v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici v Praze zpracována tato bakalářská práce, sestávající ze dvou částí. Obecná část obsahuje zpracování problematiky Giullian-Barré syndromu a všech jeho variant, patogeneze a léčby. Speciální část je potom věnována zpracování kazuistiky s diagnózou Giullian-Barré syndrom, typ AMSAN. Kazuistika zahrnuje vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, stanovení plánu, popis terapií, výstupní vyšetření a vyhodnocení efektu terapie. Title Case report of physiotherapy care for patient with Guillain-Barre syndrome Summary This thesis, consisting of two parts, was created during countinuous bachelor praxis in progress from 9 January to 3 February 2017 at The Military University Hospital Prague. The general part contains elaboration of a Giullian Barré syndrome, all of its variants, its pathogenesis and treatment. The special part includes case study with a diagnosis Giullian-Barré syndrome, type AMSAN. Case study is consisted of an initial kinesiology examination, creation of the plan, a description of therapies, final kinesiology examination and evaluation of the effect of therapy.
