Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou revmatoidní artitida

Abstract

Title of bachelor's thesis: Case of physiotherapy care for patient with rheumatoid arthritis diagnosed Objective: The objective of this thesis is to process theoretical information about rheumatic arthritis and the case study of a patient diagnosed with rheumatic arthritis after resection of the metatarsal heads by Hoffmann on both lower extremities. Method: This bachelor thesis was processed on the basis of my month's practice in the Rheumatology Institute in Prague in the period from January 2 to January 27, 2017, under the supervision of Mgr. Iva Zinková. This thesis has two parts - the general and the special one. The general part is focused on the basic characteristics of the disease, epidemiology, etiology, clinical picture, diagnostics, prognosis and treatment of the rheumatic arthritis. The special part is divided in the anamnesis of the patient, entrance kinesiology analysis, description of individual therapies with their effect, final kinesiology analysis and the conclusion of the whole thesis. Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou revmatoidní artritida Cíl bakalářské páce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování teoretických informací o diagnóze revmatoidní artritida a zpracování kazuistiky o pacientovi s diagnózou revmatoidní artritida po resekci hlaviček metatarzů dle Hoffmanna na obou dolních končetinách. Metodika bakalářské práce: Práce byla vypracována na základě mé měsíční praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze od 2. 1. 2017 do 27. 1. 2017 pod odborným dohledem Mgr. Ivy Zinkové. Práce má dvě části - obecnou část a speciální část. Obecná část je zaměřena na základní charakteristiku onemocnění, epidemiologii, etiologii, klinický obraz onemocnění, diagnostiku, prognózu a léčbu revmatoidní artritidy. Speciální část je rozdělena na anamnézu pacienta, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, popis jednotlivých terapií včetně jejich efektu, výstupním kineziologickým rozborem a závěrem celé práce.
