Abstract

Název: Úhrada a evidence individuálních zdravotnických pomůcek - vztah zdravotních pojišťoven a protetických pracovišť Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je definování jednotlivých zúčastněných stran při výrobě zakázkových zdravotnických prostředků (dále ZP), popis jejich rolí, způsoby mezioborové spolupráce a komunikace. Dalším cílem bylo provést analýzu vývoje a současného stavu systému evidence a úhrad zakázkových ZP a způsob stanovení smluvních cen a hodinových zúčtovacích sazeb výrobcům zakázkových ZP, včetně způsobu výpočtu DPH. Metody: Jedná se o teoretickou práci rešeršního charakteru, kdy jsem zkoumala zákony, vyhlášky a další normy právního řádu České republiky, konzultovala danou oblast s odborníky v praxi, včetně zástupců Všeobecné zdravotní pojišťovny ČR. Výsledky: Podařilo se mi definovat zúčastněné strany v oblasti výroby zakázkových ZP. Definovala jsem také seznam právních předpisů, které upravují oblast výroby a úhrady zakázkových ZP. Analyzovala jsem nejdůležitější právní normy, které ovlivňují chod nestátního zdravotnického zařízení. Definovala jsem provozní cyklus firmy a to od založení zařízení až po úhradu vyrobených zakázkových ZP ze strany zdravotních pojišťoven. Title: The reimbursement and the calculation of the custom-made medical devices - the relationship between health insurance companies and prosthetic workplaces Objectives: The aim of this work is to define the various stakeholders in the production of the custom-made medical devices (hereinafter MD), a description of their roles, the ways of interdisciplinary cooperation and communication. Another objective was to analyze the evolution and the current state of an evidence and a reimbursement of the custom-made MD and the method of determining the contract prices and hourly billing rates for the custom-made MD manufacturers, including the method of VAT calculating. Methods: This is a theoretical work of the search character when I examined the Acts, regulations and other norms of the Czech legal system, consulted the given area with the practitioners, including the representatives of the General Health Insurance Company. Results: I managed to define the stakeholders involved in the production of the custom-made MD.
