Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou polytopní vertebrogenní syndrom bederní páteře s poruchou statiky a dynamiky páteře Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků, následně provedení studie metodiky ucelené fyzioterapeutické péče, návrh terapie a sledování celého průběhu terapie u pacientky s polytopním vertebrogenním syndromem bederní páteře s poruchou statiky a dynamiky páteře. Metoda: Tato bakalářská práce byla zpracována na základě souvislé praxe na pracovišti Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady, v období od 23. 1. 2017 - 17. 2. 2017. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První z nich je část obecná zabývající se teoretickými poznatky, které se týkají vertebrogenního algického syndromu. Druhá, část speciální, popisuje kazuistiku pacienta s diagnózou polytopní vertebrogenní syndrom bederní páteře, celkové vyšetření, následně návrh terapie, provedení terapie a na závěr zhodnocení celkového efektu terapie. Výsledky: V rámci první části se podařilo zpracovat teoretické poznatky problematiky. Úspěšnost terapií druhé části byla potvrzena pomocí výstupního kineziologického rozboru. Pozitivní efekt terapeutických jednotek je viditelný již subjektivními pocity a snížením bolesti pacientky. Na výsledcích vyšetření můžeme pozorovat zlepšení...

Title of thesis: The case study of physiotherapeutical treatment of a patient with diagnosis of Vertebrogenic algic syndrome of lumbar spine with defect statics and dynamics of the spine Aim: The aim of thesis is summary of theoretical findings, then study methodology purposes physiotherapy care, proposal of therapy and monitoring of therapy in patients with diagnosis of Vertebrogenic algic syndrome of lumbar spine with defect statics and dynamics of the spine. Methods: This bachelor's thesis was compiled on the base of internship on the Faculty's hospital Královské Vinohrady during the time period from 23. 1. 2017 - 17. 2. 2017. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is concerned with theoretical findings related to this diagnosis. The second, special part encompasses case report of a patient with diagnosis Vertebrogenic algic syndrome of lumbar spine with defect statics and dynamics of the spine. Results: In the first part it was managed to create theoretical knowledge of the issue. Success of therapy from the second part was confirmed by the output kinesiology analysis. The positive effects of therapeutic units are already visible subjective sensations and the pain reduction of patients.
