Abstract

Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of patient with low back pain Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to obtain and summarise theoretical knowledge about low back pain and to compose a case study of patient with low back pain. Summary: The bachelor thesis consists of a theoretical and a special part. The theoretical part is composed of anatomical-kinesiology information of the affected area, characteristic of the diagnosis and a description of its possible origin, etiology, pathogenesis and symptoms. Further, a recommended examination is suggested together with a treatment of the disease. The special part is focused on particular diagnosis. It is formed by a case study of patient with low back pain, and it consists of anamnesis, examination, six therapies and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s bolestmi dolní části zad Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je získaní a shrnutí teoretických poznatků o bolestech dolní části zad a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s bolestmi dolní části zad. Souhrn: Bakalářská práce se skládá z teoretické a speciální části. Teoretickou část tvoří anatomicko-kineziologické informace o postižené oblasti, dále charakteristika diagnózy a popis jejího možného vzniku, etiologií, patogenezí a symptomů. Dále je navrhnuto doporučené vyšetření a v závěru léčba daného onemocnění. Speciální část je zaměřena na konkrétní diagnózu. Tvoří ji kazuistika pacienta s bolestmi dolní části zad, která se skládá z anamnézy, podrobného vstupního kineziologického rozboru, následných šesti terapií, výstupního kineziologického rozboru a nakonec zhodnocení efektu terapie.
