Theoretical part describes the anatomy and physiology of the heart, specifically the muscle of the heart, arteries, veins and the valves. Information about biomechanical point of view is also discussed. In the practical part I analyze every procedure I have done with my patient, all the examinations, conclusions, therapies and results. Methods: The practical part is based on a 43 years old female, who was diagnosed Anterior ST-segment elevation myocardial infraction. This study consists of the physiotherapeutic approaches for initial kinesiologic examination, followed by 8 therapy sessions lasting an hour and a half each, and the final kinesiologic examination. All methods used were non-invasive. Result: The progress of my patient was remarkable after 8 sessions of therapy. Pain level was decreased, range of motion was improved, muscle tone was improved and also her posture and gait. The therapies have shown to be very effective concerning my patient's diagnosis.
