Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po sutuře rotátorové manžety Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení se s problematikou poranění rotátorové manžety ramenního kloubu a následné léčby. Dalším cílem této bakalářské práce je kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po sutuře rotátorové manžety ramenního kloubu. Metodika práce: Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část (obecná) se věnuje anatomii, kineziologii a základům biomechaniky ramenního kloubu. Dále se v této části budu zabývat nejčastějšími indikacemi chirurgické léčby, případně konzervativní léčbou a následnou fyzioterapeutickou péčí. V druhé (speciální) části je kazuistika pacienta po sutuře rotátorové manžety. Tato část obsahuje anamnézu pacienta, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, průběh jednotlivých terapií a výstupní kineziologický rozbor včetně zhodnocení terapie a dosažených výsledků. Speciální část byla vypracována v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu ve Vysočanech. Pacient docházel ambulantně na terapie 2-3x týdně v období od 4.1. do 29.1.2016 v dopoledních hodinách. V průběhu terapií se podařilo snížit otok a bolestivost operovaného kloubu, zvětšit rozsahy pohybu ramenního kloubu (flexe z 50ř na 150ř, extenze z 60ř na 90ř) a zlepšit stereotyp pohybu paže do abdukce. Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of patient after suture of the rotator cuff Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the issues relating to injury of the rotator cuff and following treatment. Another objective is detailed case study of patient after suture of the rotator cuff. Methodology of thesis: The thesis is divided into two parts. The first (general) part focuses on anatomy, kinesiology and basics principles of biomechanics of the shoulder joint. Then I will deal with the most commnon indications for chirurgic treatment, eventually conservative treatment and following physiotherapeutic care. In the second (special) part includes detailed case study of patient after suture of the rotator cuff. This part includes patients medical history, input musculoskeletal assesment, description of therapeutic units and output musculoskeletal assesment including evaluation of therapy and achievments. Special part was developped in CLPA in Vysočany. The outpatient attended therapies 2-3 times a week from 9.1. to 29.1.2016 in the morning. During therapies we managed to reduce swelling and pain of the operated joint, expand range of motion of the shoulder joint (flexion from 50ř to 150ř, abduction from 60ř to 90ř) and improve stereotype of abduction.
