Postoje žáků a studentů SŠ k ragby

Abstract

Název: Postoje žáků a studentů SŠ k ragby Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je zjištění postojů a zájmu žáků a studentů středních škol o ragby. Dalším cílem je pak vytvoření doporučení pro zefektivnění náborů mladých hráčů do ragbyových týmů. Metody: Pro získání potřebných informacích ke zjištění postojů žáků a studentů SŠ k ragby bylo využito primárního výzkumu, konkrétně písemného dotazování. Výsledky: Na základě výzkumu byly zjištěny postoje žáků a studentů SŠ k ragby, konkrétně jejich zájem o tento sport, ochota ho vyzkoušet a bariéry jeho hraní. Výzkum také poukázal na neznalost ragby jedinců v cílové skupině a jejich vnímání tohoto sportu v porovnání se sporty jinými. Následně byly vytvořeny návrhy na zefektivnění náboru mladých hráčů k ragby. Klíčová slova: výzkum, zájem o sport, ragby, postoje studentů

Title: Attitudes of pupils and students to rugby Objectives: The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to find out the attitudes of pupils and students to rugby. Another objective is to make some recommendations to improve the recruitment of young players to rugby teams. Methods: Primary research by personally administered questionnaires was used to obtain the relevant information on attitudes of pupils and students to rugby. Results: Based on the research, the attitudes of pupils and students to rugby were discovered, specifically their interest in this sport, their willingness to try it and barriers to play it. The research showed on low knowledge of rugby of the people in the main target group and their viewing rugby in comparison to other sports. At the end of this bachelor thesis there are some suggestions on how to improve the recruitment of young players to rugby teams. Keywords: research, interest in sport, rugby, students' attitudes
