Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace. Souhrn: Bakalá ská práce se zabývá problematikou amputace dolní končetiny. Teoretická část zahrnuje poznatky z odborné literatury k tématu amputace, protetiky a ke konkrétním rehabilitačním postup m. Pozornost je v nována diagnóze diabetes mellitus. Speciální část je zam ena na kazuistiku pacienta s jednostrannou nadkolenní amputací. Popisuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšet ení, rehabilitační plán, pr b h terapií a záv rečné zhodnocení efektu terapií. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of unilateral above-knee amputation. Summary: My bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of lower limb amputation. The theoretical part includes knowledge from the science information sources focused on the subject of amputation, prosthetics and to specific rehabilitation procedures. Attention is also paid to the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus. The practical part focuses on the case study of a patient with the diagnosis of unilateral above-knee amputation. It describes input and output kinesiological analysis, rehabilitation plan, course of the therapies and the final evaluation of the effect of the therapies.
