Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po artroskopii ramenního kloubu

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po artroskopii ramenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení se s problematikou artroskopické operace ramenního kloubu, s nejčastějšími indikacemi, s možnostmi následné rehabilitace a ve speciální části zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metodika práce: Práce je členěna do dvou částí. V první (obecné) části se věnuji anatomii, kineziologii a základům biomechaniky ramenního pletence. Dále se zde zabývám teoretickými poznatky z oblasti patologií ramenního kloubu, jejich artroskopickým řešením a vhodnými prostředky fyzioterapeutické péče. Druhou (speciální) částí je kazuistika pacientky po artroskopické operaci ramene zahrnující anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, popis všech terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor včetně prezentace výsledků a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Praxe, na jejímž podkladě byla zpracována kazuistika, probíhala po dobu jednoho měsíce v pražském Centru léčby pohybového aparátu ve Vysočanech. Pacientka sem docházela vždy třikrát týdně v rozmezí od 9. 1. 2015 do 30. 1. 2015 k ambulantní rehabilitaci indikované ošetřujícím lékařem pro artroskopii ramenního kloubu l. dx., která byla provedena 11. 12. 2014 v ON Příbram. Title: Case study of physiotherapy care of patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce the issues relating to arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint, its most frequent indications, possibilities of subsequent rehabilitation and to process the case study of the patient with this diagnosis in the special part. Methodology of thesis: The thesis is divided into two parts. I focus on anatomy, kinesiology, and basic principles of biomechanics of shoulder girdle in the first (general) part. Then I concentrate on theoretical findings from the field of pathology of shoulder joint, its arthroscopic solutions and eligible instruments of physiotherapeutic care. The second (special) part consists of the case study of the patient after arthroscopic surgery of shoulder joint including history, input kinesiology analysis, and description of all therapeutic units, output kinesiology analysis and assessment of the effect of the therapy. The work placement, on which is based the case study, took place in CLPA in Vysočany for the period of one month.
