Autor: Kateřina Carbová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po laterální luxaci pately Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracování kazuistiky pacientky po laterální luxaci pately, shrnutí teoretických poznatků, navržení vhodné terapie a následné průběžné sledování jejího průběhu. Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce obsahuje dvě části, část obecnou a část speciální. V obecné části jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky z hlediska anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky kolenního kloubu. Dále je zde zmíněno vyšetření kolenního kloubu a následná terapie. Speciální část obsahuje už samotnou kazuistiku pacientky po artroskopii kolenního kloubu a operaci dle Madigana, průběh terapie a zhodnocení jejího efektu. Autor: Kateřina Carbová Title: The case study of a physiotherapeutical treatment of a patient after lateral patellar dislocation Objective: The aim of this thesis was to elaborate report on a patient after lateral dislocation of the patella, a summary of theoretical knowledge, design of appropriate therapy and then continuously monitoring its progress. Summary: This thesis consists of two parts, a general and a special part. In the general section summarizes theoretical findings terms of anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. There is also mention examination of the knee joint and subsequent therapy. A special section will contain the actual report on a patient after knee arthroscopy and surgery according to Madigan, course of treatment and evaluation of its effect.
