Abstract

Autor: Marek Rucki Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s polyartrózou Cíl: Cílem práce je seznámit čtenáře s problematikou polyartrózy jako jedním z typů osteoartrózy a zpracovat kompletní kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta trpící tímto onemocněním. Metody: Práce je rozdělena část obecnou a část speciální. První část je věnována onemocnění polyartróze z obecného hlediska. Charakteristice, etiologii, klinickému obrazu, vyšetření a možným fyzioterapeutickým přístupům v péči o pacienta, který polyartrózou trpí. Druhá, speciální, část je věnována již konkrétní kazuistice pacientky s touto nemocí. Součástí je podrobné vyšetření, jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledek: Kazuistika byla zpracovávána v období 5. - 30. ledna 2015 v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze. Stanovené cíle terapie byly splněny. Author: Marek Rucki Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with polyarthrosis Objective: The objective of the bachelor thesis is to introduce the topic of polyarthrosis as one of many types of osteoarthrosis and elaborate complete case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with polyarthrosis. Methodics of the thesis: The thesis is divided into a general and a special part. The first part is devoted to polyarthrotic disease in general. Characteristics, etiology, clinical picture, examination and possible physiotherapy in the treatment of a patient who is suffering from polyarthritis. The second, special, section is devoted to a case study of a particular patient with this disease. It includes a detailed examination, individual therapeutic units, output examination and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. Result: Case study was elaborated from 5th to 30th January 2015 at the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague. The objectives of the therapy have been met.
