Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou stav po reosteosyntéze distálního femuru pro valgozitu kolenního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zpracování kazuistiky pacientky po reosteosyntéze distálního femuru a vytvoření teoretického základu k dané problematice s využitím poznatků z odborné literatury. Shrnutí práce: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V první, obecné části jsou uvedeny teoretické poznatky o anatomii a kineziologii kolenního kloubu, o osových deformitách kolenního kloubu, o příčinách jejich vzniku a o jejich operační a konzervativní léčbě. V závěru první části jsou popsány fyzioterapeutické postupy, které je možné využít po osteosyntéze distálního femuru. Druhá, speciální část obsahuje zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče u pacientky po reostyosyntéze distálního femuru pro valgozitu kolenního kloubu, včetně zhodnocení efektu terapie. Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with diagnosis of status after distal femur reosteosynthesis due to the knee joint valgus Aims: The aim of this Bachelor thesis has been to treat the case study of a patient after distal femur reosteosynthesis and to prepare a theoretical basis for this issue with the help of findings from specialized publications. Summary: This Bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first, general part follows theoretical findings about anatomy and physiology of the knee joint, its axial deformities, reasons for their genesis and their operational and conservative treatment. At the end of the first part, physiotherapeutic methods that can be used after distal femur osteosynthesis are described. Second, specialized part contains the case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with diagnosis of status after distal femur reosteosynthesis due to the knee joint valgus, including the therapy results evaluation.
