Abstract

Název: Sankční mechanismy ve sportu Cíle: Cílem práce je provést analýzu sankčních mechanismů uplatňovaných ve sportu, jejich vzájemného vztahu, míry autonomie sportu na právu, odpovědět na otázku, zda je tento stav vyhovující a uvést náměty k řešení tvrzených nedostatků Metody: V této práci byla využívána především metoda analýzy, popř. komparativní analýzy a syntézy. Výsledky: Byly shledány určité nedostatky v procesní úpravě disciplinárního a rozhodčího řízení v rámci sportovních spolků, které mají svůj původ v možná až přehnané spolkové autonomii, této oblasti by tak nepochybně prospěla vyšší míra ingerence státu, nebo alespoň harmonizace prostřednictvím vrcholné sportovní instituce Klíčová slova: sportovní normy, disciplinární řízení, arbitrážní řízení, Arbitrážní soud pro sport, Rozhodčí komise Českého olympijského výboru
