Ošetřovatelská péče o pacientku s prolapsem dělohy

Abstract

This work deals with the nursing care about a patient related to uterine prolapse. The theoretical part provides information on anathomy and physiology of female reproduction organs, it summarises possible solutions of the problem of uterine prolapse and it briefly describes possible surgery. The clinical part presents a case report of a patient who underwent vaginal hysterectomy. The nursing process is based on the model by M. Gordon. A special attention is paid to the patient's mental state.

Shrnutí Tato práce se zabývá ošetřovatelskou péčí o pacientku v souvislosti s prolapsem dělohy. V teoretické části shrnuje anatomii a fyziologii ženských reprodukčních orgánů, podává nástin možných řešení problému prolapsu dělohy a stručně popisuje možné chirurgické zákroky. V klinické části je uvedena kazuistika pacientky, která podstoupila vaginální hysterektomii. Ošetřovatelský proces je zpracován podle modelu M. Gordonové. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována psychickému stavu pacientky.
