Souhrn: Obecná část práce obsahuje zpracování kineziologie a biomechaniky bederní páteře a meziobratlové ploténky. Dále obecná část zahrnuje informace o diagnostice a následné terapii. Speciální část práce obsahuje zpracování kazuistiky pacientky po operaci bederní páteře pro výhřez meziobratlové ploténky. The title of the bachelor's thesis: Case Report of Physiotherapy of a Patient after Surgery of Lumbar Spine because of Intervertebral Disc Herniation Summary: The general part of the thesis includes description of kinesiology and biomechanics of the lumbar spine and an intervertebral disc. The thesis concentrates on diagnostic methods and following therapy. The special part of the thesis contains a detailed case report of a patient after a lumbar spine surgery because of an intervertebral disc herniation.
