Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida. Cíl: V této bakalářské práci bylo hlavním záměrem seznámit se s problematikou ankylozující spondylititdy jako revmatického onemocnění a nastínit možností její léčby. Dále pak vypracovat kazuistiku pacienta s touto diagnózou a zhodnotit terapeutický efekt. Metody: V teoretické části práce je zpracována problematika Ankylozující spondylitidy, jejích příznaků, projevů, diagnostiky, vyšetření a následné léčby tohoto onemocnění. Druhá, speciální část bakalářské práce je zaměřena na konkrétní kazuistiku pacientky s ankylozující spondylitidou, fyzioterapeutické vyšetření, následnou terapii a konečný efekt této terapie. Tato kazuistika byla vytvořena v návaznosti na absolvovanou klinickou praxi v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze v období od 6. 1. 2014 do 31. 1. 2014. Výsledky: Po absolvovaných terapiích bylo dosaženo pozitivních výsledků, týkajících se klinického stavu pacientky, a to z pohledu subjektivního i objektivního. Došlo ke zmírnění jejích bolestivých stavů a celkovému zisku pozitivního přístupu k pohybové léčbě, který doposud pacientka neměla. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of the patient with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis. Objective: The main target of this bachelor's thesis was to take up with the issue of the ankylosing spondylitis, as the rheumatic disease and to outline the possibilities of its treatment. The next target was the elaboration of the case study of the patient with this diagnose, followed by the appraisal of the therapy's effect. Methods: In the general part is concerned with the Ankylosing spondylitis issue, namely with its symptoms, manifestations, methods of examination and a subsequent treatment of this disease. The second, special section of this bachelor thesis is focused on the individual patient with ankylosing spondylitis, physiotheapy assesment, subsequent therapy and the final effect of it. Results: The results of the physiotherapeutic care of the patient were observed to be positive in objective (clinical) and subjective way. The painful situations became milder and the patient assumed a positive approach to the kinesitherapy, which she didn't have till now.
