Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida

Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida Cíl: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce bylo upozornit na problematiku revmatického onemocnění ankylozující spondylitida. Důraz je zde kladen na úlohu fyzioterapeutických postupů jako součást léčby. Dále jsou zde popsány i možnosti farmakologické léčby. Metody: Bakalářská práce se dělí na dvě části. V obecné části pojednávám o příznacích choroby, na jejichž základě je následně diagnostikována ankylozující spondylitida. Dále jsou zde rozebrány typické projevy choroby, způsoby vyšetření i léčby. Speciální část je zaměřena na konkrétního pacienta s ankylozující spondylitidou, na jeho vyšetření, následnou terapii a efekt terapie. Tato kazuistika vznikla díky absolvované praxi v Revmatologickém ústavu v Praze v období od 6. 1. 2014 do 31. 1. 2014. Klíčová slova: ankylozující spondylitida, bolest, fyzioterapie, léčba, pohyb

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis The target: The main target of this bachelor's thesis was to highlight the problems of rheumatic disease ankylosing spondylitis. The emphasis is placed on the role of the physiotherapy practise as a part of treatment. Additionally there are also written possibilities of pharmacological treatment. Methods: The bachelor's thesis is divided into two parts. In the general part I deal with the symptoms of the disease on the basis is subsequently diagnosed the ankylosing spondylitis. Additionally there are also analyzed the typical symptoms of the disease, methods of examination and treatment. The special section is focused on the specific and individual patient with ankylosing spodylitis, subsequent therapy and the effect of therapy. This case study was created during the passed practice in the Institute of Rheumatology in Prague the period 1st-6th January 2014.
