Abstract

Jméno: Tereza Novotná Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Ivana Jelínková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po ruptuře Achillovy šlachy Shrnutí práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámení čtenáře s tématem pooperační fyzioterapeutické péče u diagnózy ruptura Achillovy šlachy. Práce obsahuje poznatky anatomické, kineziologické a biomechanické jako podklad k léčbě. Dále jsou popsány možné operační i konzervativní léčebné postupy. Ve speciální části je podrobně vypracována kazuistika jednoho pacienta. Součástí je deset terapeutických jednotek včetně vstupního a výstupního vyšetření. V závěru je popsán a zhodnocen efekt jednotlivých použitých fyzioterapeutických metod. Klíčová slova: kazuistika, fyzioterapie, Achillova šlacha, ruptura

Ivana Jelínková Title: Case report of physiotherapy care of patient with ruptured Achilles tendon Summary: The aim of this bachelor thesis is introducing the reader with the topic post-operatice physiotherapeutic care on a patient after ruptured Achilles tendon. The thesis includes anatomical, biomechanical and kinesiological knowledge as a foundation for treatment. I described possible operative and conservative procedures. In the special part there is formulated a casae report of one patient in detail. Ten therapeutic units are described including kinesiological analysis and final evaluation. Effectivity of used methods is valorized at the end. Key words: case report, Achilles tendon, physiotherapy, rupture
